Řešitelský tým společnosti CEE Systems s.r.o. má v souhrnu přes 250 let zkušeností z tuzemska i zahraničí prakticky ve všech segmentech a oblastech digitalizace vystavěného prostředí. Poskytuje touto praxí ověřené poradenské a konzultační služby a další odborné činnosti pro podporu zavádění BIM v širších souvislostech managementu informací o stavbách a zařízeních a řízení konfigurace. Vychází z mezinárodních standardů a principů včetně openBIM od buildingSMART, ISO 19650 pro řízení procesů nebo ISO 81346 pro návrh a implementaci datových modelů. Podílí se na rozvoji BIM a dalších iniciativ digitalizace stavebnictví v České republice, včetně přípravy související legislativy nebo implementace Koncepce BIM. Připravuje podnikové strategie a koncepce, metodiky a standardy, cílové koncepty, rozdílové analýzy, studie proveditelnosti, zadávací specifikace, zajišťuje činnosti BIM specialistů a managementu. Podílí se na tvorbě Business Case včetně vyhodnocení ROI i na přípravě a řízení programů a projektů, dozoruje činnosti běžných dodavatelů BIM. Optimalizuje procesy, organizační strukturu, lidské zdroje nebo ICT infrastrukturu včetně integrace BIM do enterprise architektury. Využívá praktické zkušenosti svých odborníků se zaváděním BIM a managementem informací v celém životním cyklu staveb včetně integrace s podnikovými systémy nebo propojení s geoinformačními systémy využívajícími prostorová data pro agendy veřejných i soukromých subjektů v rámci infrastruktur prostorových dat. Zaměřuje se i na využití informací o stavbách a zařízeních ve fázi užívání, provozu, správy a údržby pozemních i infrastrukturních staveb (dopravní a technická infrastruktura). Pro další rozvoj oboru se účastní významných výzkumných a inovačních projektů. Pro dobro svých klientů překračuje propasti odlišných názorů, očekávání a výsledků nebo iluzí a reality.

The professional team of CEE Systems s.r.o. has a total of over 250 years of domestic and foreign experience in practically all segments and areas of digitization of the built environment. We provide practice-proven advisory and consulting services and other professional activities to support the implementation of BIM in the broader context of built asset and equipment information management and configuration management. We are based on international standards and principles including openBIM from buildingSMART, ISO 19650 for process management, or ISO 81346 for the design and implementation of data models. We participate in the development of BIM and other initiatives for the digitization of the construction industry in the Czech Republic, including the preparation of related legislation or the implementation of the national BIM Concept. We prepare corporate strategies and concepts, methodologies and standards, target concepts, gap analysis, feasibility studies or tender specifications, we ensure the activities of BIM specialists and management. We participate in the creation of Business Cases, including ROI evaluation, as well as in the preparation and management of programs and projects, we supervise the activities of common BIM suppliers. We optimize processes, organizational structure, human resources, or ICT infrastructure, including the integration of BIM into enterprise architecture. We use the practical experience of our experts with BIM implementation and information management throughout the life cycle of built assets, including integration with enterprise systems or connection with geoinformation systems utilizing spatial data for the agendas of public and private entities within spatial data infrastructures. We also focus on the use of information about built assets and facilities in the phase of use, operation, management, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure assets (transportation and technical infrastructure). For the further development of the industry, we participate in important research and innovation projects.
